bedrooms have queen beds with ceiling fans. Also
available a queen air mattress. Sleeps 12-14 comfortably.
Two televisions, 2 dvd players, games, microwave,
washer/dryer, cable, linens, dishes, etc. Fenced in back
yard to keep the little ones safe. On the main floor is a
bedroom and full bath with walk in shower. Rear
entrance convenient for anyone who has trouble with
stairs or steps. Grill on 8 x 30 covered front porch. Docking
available for boats.
Rates & Policies
$200/day-$1200/week. Discounted rates for more than
one week.
Security deposit of $400 due at time of reservation.
Non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days. 100%
refunded if house is left as you found it.
All monies required 30 days before occupancy. Check or
money order.
Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
No smoking or pets.
