course, pro-shop, restaurant, beaches and an indoor
heated swimming pool! (Golf and swimming pool use, are
additional charges to use. Pay as you use).
The swimming beach is located just a walk down the
street. The golf course, restaurant and swimming pool are
located just across the street. There is an open deck and a
fire-pit in the back yard.
Fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher, linens, dishes, pots, pans, two bathrooms,
cable TV (large screen TV), VCR and DVD, radio and MORE!
Snowmobile trails are just minutes away.
Cross country skiing is allowed on the Sugar Springs Golf
Course.
Area: Within 13 minutes from Gladwin, 20 minutes from
West Branch, 20 minutes from Pruddenville, 25 minutes
from Houghton Lake.
Rental Rates & Policies
The Sugar Springs House is available for rent all year round,
on weekly, weekends and long weekends.
Rental rates are:
Memorial Day Weekend to Sept 30th
Weekly $520 (Sun to Sun or Friday to Friday)
5 Night Rental $400 (Sunday to Friday Departure)
Nightly on Weekdays $80 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekend: $230 (Fri to Sun Departure)
Long 3 Night Weekend: $310
Low Season Rates (Oct 1 to Late May):
Weekly $400 (Sun to Sun or Friday to Friday)
5 Night Rental $300 (Sunday to Friday Departure)

Refundable $250 security/damage deposit for all renters,
up to 4 adults. Deposits will be refunded (mailed out)
within one business week of renter's departure upon
satisfactory inspection/condition of rental.
Cash, cashier's check, traveler check or money order only.
No personal checks please. We also accept Pay Pal.
Cancellations: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days
from arrival date will be accessed a $25.00 cancellation
fee. Reservations cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival
date will forfeit their deposit.
